Philosophy of Care The Home has adopted a Residents’ charter of rights.  Our philosophy is based upon a belief that all service users are entitled to be treated as individuals.  Whilst it requires the staff of the Home to operate the procedures, laid out in the Home’s Manual, for the safe delivery of the service, this should not institutionalize care.  This will be achieved by the needs of all service users being assessed and from this information individual care plans will be developed.
